Privacy Policy

This is a working document. The final text will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

We only collect what is needed to run the site and respond to messages. Specifically:

  • Contact form: name, email, subject, and message.
  • Newsletter / e-learning waitlist: email and language preference.
  • Logging: a hashed IP address and user-agent for abuse prevention.

Why

  • Responding to your message (legitimate interest).
  • Sending the newsletter or launch invite (consent).
  • Protecting the site from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months, unless there is an active engagement. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

  • CV-check uploads — CVs uploaded through the free CV check are stored privately in Supabase Storage and automatically deleted after 90 days. Reply to the confirmation email if you would like yours removed sooner.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to a traditional captcha. Turnstile processes signals from your browser (such as IP address, user-agent, and TLS characteristics) to detect automated abuse — without tracking for advertising purposes. This use is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We use cookieless analytics. No tracking pixels, no third-party cookies, no profiles. We only store a functional local storage item (kabrito.cookies-ack) to remember your cookie banner preference.
