Training for Greatness
A comprehensive Junior Professionals Acceleration Program and university-level teaching.
Get in touch about trainingTraining for Greatness
Training for Greatness (TfG) is designed especially for (small consulting) firms who want to accelerate the growth of their junior professionals. Large organizations host most of their trainings in-house — they have the scale and capital to free up seniors and experts to provide them. As a small organization, it is already a challenge to take the time to hire good young people. Once they are hired, there is little time to train them in-house, it is difficult to have enough experts, and procuring each training separately can be quite expensive.
The result: untrained professionals on projects, which increases the time seniors have to spend guiding them. And professionals themselves expect pragmatic trainings that give them the tools, techniques, and confidence to operate as professionals. TfG answers these issues.
Benefits
- Attract and retain professionals by giving them the right foundation to accelerate their careers
- Faster onboarding — professionals know the fundamentals, client interaction, and how to deliver projects
- Improved client satisfaction and performance on projects
- Cost savings compared to setting up your own program, while providing high-quality trainings
Ways of joining Training for Greatness
Open seats
TfG has open seats where organizations can register their professionals. Professionals follow the program together with peers from other organizations. Most applicable for organizations that hire 1 to 10 people per year. Professionals can also choose to follow specific trainings only.
Dedicated
TfG is set up specifically for your organization. It follows the standardized approach, but only professionals from your organization join. Most applicable for organizations that hire 10+ people per year — many also use these trainings to improve team building.
Customized
TfG is customized for your (group of) organization(s). Most applicable for organizations with specific needs they want addressed in the program.
E-learnings are also coming soon.
All trainings are a safe space to learn. Trainers do not share details of what has been discussed or voiced by the junior professionals during the trainings.
